摘　　要：近年来,招募乡村振兴协理员是实现乡村人才振兴,助推乡村产业、文化、生态、组织等各方面振兴的重要支撑。当前,由于仍处政策初步探索和经验积累阶段,乡村振兴协理员助力乡村振兴仍面临协理员的角色转变之困、动力激发之困、能力提升之困,阻碍了预期成果的实现。为做好乡村振兴协理员参与乡村振兴的有效保障,可从塑造时代品质、健全保障机制、优化培育机制3方面入手,来解决和提升协理员参与乡村振兴的能力,同时为协理员的发展奠定基础。In recent years,recruiting rural revitalization coordinators has been an important support for achieving rural talent revitalization and promoting the revitalization of various aspects such as rural industries,culture,ecology,and organization.Currently,as we are still in the initial stage of policy exploration and experience accumulation,the assistance of rural revitalization coordinators to rural revitalization still faces difficulties in transforming their roles,stimulating their motivation,and improving their abilities,which hinder the achievement of expected results.To effectively ensure the participation of rural revitalization coordinators in rural revitalization,we can start from three aspects:shaping the quality of the times,improving the guarantee mechanism,and optimizing the cultivation mechanism to solve and enhance the ability of coordinators to participate in rural revitalization,while laying the foundation for their development.
