摘　　要：地理标志产品因其优良的品质与市场效应,具有区别于一般农产品的经济、文化与社会价值。当前农业面源污染形势严峻,产地生态环境未得到有效改善,地理标志产品产地环境保护制度层级架构不清,产地环境综合监管体制阻滞,阻碍了地理标志产品的健康发展。应以完备健全的地理标志产品产地环境保护法律与政策作为依托、形成统一高效的产地环境保护监管执法机制为保障,保障地理标志产品综合性管控、系统化治理、法治化监管。Geographical indication products have economic,cultural,and social values that differ from general agricultural products due to their excellent quality and market effects.The current situation of agricultural non-point source pollution is severe,the ecological environment of the production area has not been effectively improved,the hierarchical structure of the environmental protection system for geographical indication products is unclear,and the comprehensive supervision system for the production area environment is hindered,which hinders the healthy development of geographical indication products.We should rely on comprehensive and sound laws and policies on environmental protection of geographical indication products,and establish a unified and efficient regulatory and law enforcement mechanism for environmental protection of geographical indication products to ensure comprehensive control,systematic governance,and rule of law supervision of geographical indication products.
