摘 要:旨在分析丹系大白猪与亚洲野猪基因组选择清除差异。本研究利用全基因组重测序技术获得43头丹系大白猪及6头亚洲野猪遗传变异信息,联合群体分化程度(Fst)及多样性的变化倍数(π值)两种方法检测受选择区域,并对区域内所含基因进行功能富集分析。结果:丹系大白猪相对于亚洲野猪共有134个受选择区域,包含103个基因,基因本体(GO)功能富集条目主要参与酶代谢,京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)功能富集通路则与生长及生殖相关;经过筛选,发现APC2、AQP9、KISS1R、PAPPA2、PTBP1这5个与大白猪繁殖性能相关的候选基因受到强烈的正向选择。本研究结果进一步揭示了丹系大白猪高繁殖力特性的遗传基础,为国外良种的本土化选育及相关经济性状的分子标记位点开发提供参考。The aim of this study was to analyze the differences in genomic selection sweeps between Danish Large White(LW)and Asian Sus scrofa(SS)pigs.We obtained genetic variation information from 43 LW and 6 SS pigs using the whole-genome resequencing technology.Selection regions were detected using both Fst andπratio methods,and functional enrichment analysis was performed on the genes within these regions.The results showed that there were 134 selection regions in the LW pigs compared with the SS ones;these regions contained 103 genes.The GO functional enrichment terms were mainly involved in enzyme metabolism,while the KEGG functional pathways were asso⁃ciated with growth and reproduction.After screening,five candidate genes related to the reproductive performance of the Landrace pigs,namely APC2,AQP9,KISS1R,PAPPA2,and PTBP1,were found to be under strong positive selection.The results of this study further elucidated the genetic basis of the high reproductive performance of LW pigs and provided references for the domestication and selection of foreign breeds and the development of molecular markers for related economic traits.
