摘 要:为了筛选适宜的同期发情处理方法,提高母羊的繁殖效率,本试验用5种方法对小尾寒羊进行同期发情处理,分组如下:Ⅰ组(n=50)采用硅胶阴道栓(CIDR)+氯前列醇钠(PG)法,Ⅱ组(n=50)采用CIDR+孕马血清激素(PMSG)法,Ⅲ组(n=53)采用海绵阴道栓(PRID)+PG法,Ⅳ组(n=53)采用PRID+PMSG法,Ⅴ组(n=51)采用2次PG法,统计同期发情处理后的母羊发情率和受胎率,监测母羊外周血中促卵泡素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体素(LH)和孕酮(P_(4))水平。结果:不同处理组母羊总发情率表现为Ⅱ组(92.00%)>Ⅰ组(90.00%)>Ⅲ组(84.91%)>Ⅳ组(83.02%)>Ⅴ组(76.47%),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组总发情率显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05),极显著高于Ⅴ组(P<0.01),同期发情处理后母羊的发情时间集中在24~48 h;母羊受胎率表现为Ⅱ组(82.61%)>Ⅰ组(77.78%)>Ⅳ组(77.72%)>Ⅲ组(64.44%)>Ⅴ组(53.85%),Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组母羊受胎率极显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅴ组(P<0.01);同期发情处理过程中,母羊血清中FSH浓度在6 d和14 d出现峰值,LH、P_(4)和E_(2)浓度变化趋势基本一致,且在4 d和12 d出现峰值。综上,CIDR+PMSG同期发情法处理可以有效提高小尾寒羊的发情率和繁殖效率,小尾寒羊在撤栓后48 h处于发情高峰,此时为进行人工授精的最佳时期。In order to screen out appropriate simultaneous estrus treatments and improve the reproductive efficiency of ewes,this experi⁃ment used five methods for simultaneous estrus treatments in Small-tailed Han sheep:GroupⅠ(n=50):treated with silicone vaginal sup⁃pository(controlled internal drug release,CIDR)+sodium chloroprostane(prostaglandin,PG);GroupⅡ(n=50):with CIDR+preg⁃nant mare serum gonadotrophin(PMSG);GroupⅢ(n=53):with progesterone releasing intravaginal device(PRID)+PG;GroupⅣ(n=53):with PRID+PMSG;Group V(n=51):with 2 times PG method.Then,the estrus and conception rate of ewes after simultane⁃ous estrus treatment was recorded,and the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH),and progester⁃one(P_(4))levels in the peripheral blood of ewes were monitored.The results showed that the estrus rate of the ewes in different treatment groups was as follows:GroupⅡ(92.00%)>GroupⅠ(90.00%)>GroupⅢ(84.91%)>GroupⅣ(83.02%)>GroupⅤ(76.47%).The total estrus rates of the ewes in GroupsⅠandⅡwere significantly higher than that of GroupⅢandⅣ(P<0.05),and significantly higher than that of GroupⅤ(P<0.01).The time of estrus of the ewes after the simultaneous estrus treatment was within the pe⁃riod of 24-48 h;and the conception rates of the ewes in different groups were in the order of GroupⅡ(82.61%)>GroupⅠ(77.78%)>GroupⅣ(77.72%)>GroupⅢ(64.44%)>GroupⅤ(53.85%),withthe conception rates of GroupsⅠandⅡbeing extremely signifi⁃cantly higher than those of GroupsⅢandⅤ(P<0.01),and the conception rate of GroupⅣbeing extremely significantly higher than that of GroupⅢ.During the simultaneous estrus treatment,the FSH concentration in the serum of the ewes peaked at 6 d and 14 d,and the trend of LH,P_(4) and E_(2) concentration was basically the same,peakingat 4 d and 12 d.Therefore,the simultaneous estrus treatment with CIDR+PMSG mosteffectively improved the estrus rate and reproductive efficiency in Small-tailed Han sheep,with the peak of estrus being at
