摘 要:为充分利用蚕丝缫丝工艺中的废弃丝胶蛋白,并改善腈纶纤维的吸湿性能,将丝胶蛋白与丙烯腈进行接枝聚合,制备出改性纺丝液,进而探讨其稳态流变性能。采用幂律方程、Arrhenius方程及Spencer-Dillon经验公式等工具,对旋转流变仪取得的数据进行处理与拟合,深入分析了丝胶蛋白投料比、引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量、温度、剪切速率等因素对纺丝流变特性的影响。研究结果显示:所有不同丝胶蛋白接枝聚合丙烯腈制备的纺丝液均表现出典型的假塑性流体特征,其非牛顿指数小于1。非牛顿指数随温度的升高而增大,而表观黏度、结构黏指数及稠度系数则随温度的上升而降低,黏流活化能随剪切速率的增加先减小后趋于稳定。丝胶蛋白投料比为15%、AIBN用量为0.8%时,所制纺丝液呈现较高的黏度,且对温度与剪切速率较为敏感。通过适当提高温度,可有效改善可纺性。In order to make full use of waste sericin in silk reeling process and improve the hygroscopic properties of acrylic fiber,the modified spinning solution was prepared by grafting polymerization of sericin and acrylonitrile,and its steady-state rheological properties were investigated.The power law equation,Arrhenius equation and Spencer-Dillon empirical formula were used to process and fit the data obtained by the rotary rheometer.The influences of sericin feed ratio,initiator AIBN dosage,temperature,shear rate on the rheological properties of spinning were analyzed.The results showed that the spinning solution prepared by different sericin grafted polyacrylonitrile showed typical characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid with non-Newtonian index less than 1.The non-Newtonian index increases with the increase of temperature,while the apparent viscosity,structural viscosity index and consistency coefficient decrease with the increase of temperature,and the activation energy of viscous flow decreases first and then becomes stable with the increase of shear rate.When sericin dosage was 15%and AIBN dosage was 0.8%,the spinning solution showed higher viscosity and was more sensitive to temperature and shear rate.The spinnability can be effectively improved by properly increasing the temperature.
