摘　　要：劳动所有权是马克思财富批判理论和对资本主义制度非正义性批判所涵括的重要概念,私有财产权是资本主义现代文明的根基和“内核”。对劳动所有权与私有财产权的正确理解是破解资本主义现代文明的历史限度、阐释中华民族现代文明的理论钥匙。资本主义私有财产权以劳动为支点、以资本与劳动的交换为前提,表象为劳动所有权,实质为资本所有权。马克思在对资本主义现代文明缘起的历史前提即劳动与资本的现代奴役本质关系的深刻把握、在对资本主义财富生产所呈现出的财富悖谬的深度透视基础上完成了对资本主义制度性侵占本质的分析与批判,深刻地揭示了资本主义现代文明的经济基础及其历史限度,为我们超越资本主义道路、构建实现自身解放的未来文明形态提供了可能路径。Labor ownership is an important concept contained in Marx’s critique of the injustice of the capitalist system and his critique of the limits of capitalist modern civilization.Private property rights are the foundation and“core”of capitalist modern civilization.A correct understanding of labor ownership and private property rights is the key to unlocking the historical limits of capitalist modern civilization and explaining the theoretical foundations of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation.Capitalist private property rights are based on labor,with the exchange between capital and labor as a premise.On the surface,they appear as labor ownership,but in essence,they are capital ownership.Marx,through a profound understanding of the historical premise of the origin of capitalist modern civilization,namely the essential relationship between modern slavery of labor and capital,and based on a deep insight into the paradoxes of wealth presented by capitalist wealth production,completed an analysis and critique of the inherent nature of capitalist systemic appropriation.He profoundly revealed the economic foundation of capitalist modern civilization and its historical limits,providing a possible path for us to transcend capitalism and build a future civilization that realizes our own liberation.
