摘　　要：Resilience has emerged as a critical concept in nursing research,offering a lens through which to understand how individuals,families,and communities navigate adversity,maintain well-being,and thrive in the face of challenges[1].As healthcare systems worldwide grapple with increasing demands,workforce shortages,and the lingering effects of global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic,the study of resilience has never been more relevant.This editorial explores the current status of resilience in nursing research,focusing on individual,family,and social-ecological resilience,while also considering future directions for this vital field.
