摘　　要：本文从用户的角度出发,构建用户画像和服务场景架构,得出全方位全流程的用户需求项;结合校园垃圾处理主要问题现状,分别从校园垃圾收运处理的可再生、构建师生参与的可持续垃圾处理系统、可持续垃圾处理系统设计的服务场景3个方面为校园垃圾处理合理地引入可持续系统设计概念提供策略,实现“零废弃”的循环利用,来达到校园生活垃圾可持续化。Starting from the user's perspective,this article constructs a user profile and service scenario architecture,and derives comprehensive and full process user requirement items;Based on the current situation of the main problems in campus garbage disposal,this paper provides strategies for introducing the concept of sustainable system design into campus garbage disposal from three aspects:renewable collection and transportation of campus garbage,construction of a sustainable garbage disposal system involving teachers and students,and service scenarios for sustainable garbage disposal system design,in order to achieve“zero waste”recycling and achieve the sustainability of campus household garbage.
