摘  要:针对高比例分布式光伏接入下配电网中谐波污染与电压偏差全网化、分散化导致传统点对点治理方法无法满足协同治理需求的问题,提出一种基于分区思想的配电网电压与谐波治理资源协同优化配置策略。首先,以基波电压耦合度和谐波电压耦合度作为节点相关性量化指标,提出基于社区优化算法的配电网分区方法;其次,以无功/基波电压灵敏度、谐波灵敏度为评价指标,为治理设备提供候选接入节点;最后,建立考虑电压和谐波综合治理的静止无功发生器(SVG)和电压检测型有源滤波器(VDAPF)协同优化配置方法,并以北京某地区15节点实际配电系统验证了所提方法的有效性。To address the issue of traditional point-to-point management methods being unable to meet collaborative management requirements due to the widespread and decentralized nature of harmonic pollution and voltage deviation in distribution networks with the high penetration of distributed photovoltaic(PV) systems,the paper proposes a collaborative optimal configuration strategy for voltage and harmonic management resources based on zoning principles.Firstly,the coupling degree of fundamental voltage and the coupling degree of harmonic voltage are used as the quantitative indicators of node correlation,and a distribution network zoning method based on the community optimization algorithm is proposed.Then the reactive power/fundamental voltage sensitivity and harmonic sensitivity are used as evaluation indicators to provide candidate access nodes for management devices.Finally,the collaborative optimal configuration method for static var generator(SVG) and voltage detected active power filter(VDAPF) is established,considering comprehensive voltage and harmonic management.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified using a 15-node practical distribution system in a certain area of Beijing.
