摘　　要：文章基于2011—2022年沪深A股上市公司数据,实证检验数据要素对企业新质生产力的影响及其作用机理。研究发现:数据要素对企业新质生产力发展具有助推作用,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析表明,数据要素通过推动数字技术创新、资源配置新颖度提升和产业链整合促进企业新质生产力发展;企业合作文化强化了数据要素对企业新质生产力的促进作用。异质性分析显示,对于技术禀赋存在差异的企业和不同知识产权保护度地区企业而言,数据要素对其新质生产力的促进效果是一致的;而在不同环境敏感型企业中,数据要素对新质生产力的助力效果存在显著差异。Based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022,this paper empirically tests the impact of data elements on the new-quality productivity of enterprises and its mechanism.The study finds that data elements have a boosting effect on the development of new-quality productivity of enterprises,and that this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.Mechanism analysis shows that data elements promote the development of new-quality productivity of enterprises by promoting digital technology innovation,resource allocation novelty and industrial chain integration,and that the enterprise cooperation culture strengthens the role of data factor in promoting the new-quality productivity of enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis shows that for enterprises with different technological endowments and enterprises in different intellectual property protection areas,the promotion effect of data factor on new-quality productivity is consistent,while in enterprises in different environment-sensitive industries,there are significant differences in the promotion effect of data factor on new quality productivity.
