摘 要:2022年4月《既有建筑鉴定与加固通用规范》GB 55021-2022实施后,既有建筑的抗震验算有两大类方法,地震作用折减新增为三大类方法,两者组合形成了六种计算方式。然而抗震鉴定时采用何种方法,各类方法地震作用折减系数的大小均未做相关研究。为了解决抗震鉴定验算时的方法问题,本文从基本概念入手,总结了抗震验算两类方法的特点和地震作用折减的三类方法的基本原理,对比了规范的地震作用调整策略的特点和不足。通过地震折减系数的分析,给出了抗震鉴定中地震作用调整的策略。实际使用中,宜根据经济效应和安全效应按本文的建议选择合适的地震作用调整策略。In April 2022,general code GB 55021-2022 for assessment and rehabilitation of existing buildings was released.At present there are two methods of seismic checking of existing buildings,and three methods of the reduction of earthquake action,which can be combined for the 6 methods.The methods used in the seismic appraisal and the magnitude of the seismic action reduction coefficient are unstudied.In order to solve the calculation method problem of seismic appraisal,the characteristics of seismic checking and the basic principles of the reduction of earthquake action were summarized through the basic concept.The characteristics and deficiencies of the seismic action adjustment strategy were compared.The strategy for seismic action adjustment of seismic appraisal was proposed through the analysis of the reduction coefficient.In practice,the strategy for seismic action adjustment should be affirmed according to the economic effect and safety effect,using the suggestions of this paper.
