摘 要:空斗墙结构在20世纪90年代前得到广泛应用。2001年设计规范取消了空斗墙的相关规定,导致既有空斗墙结构的检测鉴定无依据可循。为解决砌体空斗墙在检测和验算中的技术问题,本文通过查阅相关文献,结合现有的检测技术,总结空斗墙结构的检测方法;通过力学性能分析和理论公式推导,提出空斗墙结构的安全性鉴定模型和抗震鉴定模型的合理化建议。结果表明:空斗墙的抗压强度取值应采用烧结砖抗压强度检测和砌筑砂浆抗压强度检测结果进行推导;抗压强度的取值应考虑强度保证率的转化问题。在验算时,空斗墙应按照双模型建模:安全性鉴定采用毛截面模型验算,抗震鉴定采用净截面模型验算抗水平承载力。The rowlock wall structure was widely used before the 1990s,and the design code was cancelled in 2001,which caused no basis for the detection and identification of the existing owlock wall structures.In order to solve the value problems of detection and calculation of the existing rowlock wall structure,based on the research of scholars,the detection method of rowlock wall was summarized.Based on the mechanical properties analysis and the theoretical formula deduction,the reasonable suggestions of the computational model of the safety evaluation and seismic performance evaluation were proposed.The results indicate that the compressive strength of the rowlock wall should be derived by the compressive strength detection of s brick and mortar,with the consideration of strength assurance rate.The rowlock wall should be modeled with the different models:the gross section model should be used to the safety evaluation and the net section model should be used to the seismic performance evaluation.
