摘　　要：目的:分析2022年1月—2024年9月北京市首都机场地区社区参加体检的≥60岁老年人健康体检结果,为老年人常见疾病的早期筛查与社区健康管理和慢性病管理提供依据与支持。方法:收集2022—2024年首都机场地区社区老年人体检资料,对其血压、心电图、血常规、肝功能、肾功能、血脂、血糖等体检结果进行分析。结果:2022—2024年体检老年人的收缩压、舒张压、心电图检查、血肌酐、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年份体检老年人的血脂、血压、脂肪肝、肾功能、心电图异常结果检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别体检老年人的血脂、血压、血糖、肾功能、肝功能、血红蛋白异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:首都机场地区社区≥60岁老年人身体质量指数(BMI)异常、心电图异常、血脂异常、血压升高、血糖异常、脂肪肝的情况较为常见,各项异常结果检出情况均高于北京市同期水平。需要进一步加强首都机场地区社区老年人整体的健康意识与健康管理。OBJECTIVE To analyze the physical examination results of the elderly over 60 years old in the community participation of Beijing Capital International Airport area from January 2022 to September 2024,and provide basis and support for the early screening of common elderly diseases and community health management and chronic disease management.METHODS The health examination data of the elderly in the community of the Capital International Airport area from 2022 to 2024 was analyzed.RESULTS Compared with the data from 2022 to 2024,there were statistically significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,electrocardiogram examination,blood creatinine,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,red blood cell,white blood cell and hemoglobin indexes of the physical examination subjects(P<0.05).The detection rates of abnormal results of blood lipid,blood pressure,fatty liver,kidney function and electrocardiogram of subjects in different years were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the detection rates of abnormal results of blood lipid,blood pressure,blood glucose,kidney function,liver function and hemoglobin of subjects in different genders were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Abnormal Body Mass Index(BMI),abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG),abnormal blood lipids,elevated blood pressure,abnormal blood sugar and fatty liver were common in the elderly over 60 years old in the capital airport area.The abnormal results were higher than the same period in Beijing.It is necessary to further strengthen the overall health awareness and health management of the elderly in the airport area.
