摘　　要：目的:通过对山东省潍坊地区≥70岁体检老年人血红蛋白检测结果进行分析,建立健全实验室参考依据,推动临床医疗水平提升,初步建立了潍坊地区≥70岁老年人血红蛋白参考区间。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月在潍坊市中医院检验科进行健康体检的≥70岁1 118名老年人为研究对象,对其血红蛋白水平进行分析。结果:潍坊地区70~79岁健康老年男性血红蛋白参考区间为146.968 2~149.424 5 g/L,≥80岁健康老年男性血红蛋白参考区间为139.792 6~144.332 0 g/L,70~79岁健康老年女性血红蛋白参考区间为133.330 4~135.748 2 g/L,≥80岁健康老年女性血红蛋白参考区间为127.586 7~132.293 3 g/L。结论:潍坊地区≥70岁健康人群血红蛋白水平与年龄呈负相关,随着年龄增长呈下降趋势;在70~79岁和≥80岁健康老年女性中,血红蛋白水平均低于相同年龄段的健康老年男性。OBJECTIVE By analyzing the hemoglobin test results of elderly people over 70 in Weifang,establishing a sound laboratory reference basis to promote the improvement of clinical medical level,a preliminary reference value range for hemoglobin of elderly people aged 70 and above in Weifang area has been established.METHODS To analyze the hemoglobin test results of blood samples of 1118 elderly people over 70 years old in Laboratory Department of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023.RESULTS The reference range for hemoglobin in healthy elderly males aged 70~79 in Weifang area was 146.9682~149.4245 g/L.The reference range for hemoglobin in healthy elderly males aged 80 and above was 139.7926~144.3320 g/L.The reference range for hemoglobin in healthy elderly women aged 70~79 was 133.3304~135.7482 g/L.The reference range for hemoglobin in healthy elderly women aged 80 and above was 127.5867~132.2933 g/L.CONCLUTION The hemoglobin level of healthy individuals aged 70 and above in Weifang a is negatively correlated with age,and shows a decreasing trend with age.The hemoglobin levels in healthy elderly women aged 70~79 and 80 and above are lower than those in healthy elderly men.
