摘　　要：老矿区转型是资源型企业实现可持续发展的必由之路。以川煤集团为研究对象,系统梳理产业重构、技术创新、机制创新等推动矿区转型发展的实践路径。通过做精煤炭主业、壮大新兴产业、巩固延深产业链、实施智能化绿色化改造以及建立多方协同利益共享机制,实现矿区多元融合发展,为资源枯竭型矿区转型提供可复制的经验。The transformation of old mining areas is an essential pathway for resource-based enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Taking Sichuan Coal Industry Group as a case study,this paper systematically examined the practical pathways to promote transformation and development of mining areas through industrial restructuring,technological innovation,and institutional innovation.By refining the core coal business,expanding emerging industries,consolidating and extending the industrial chain,implementing intelligent and green transformation,and establishing a multi-party collaborative benefit-sharing mechanism,the integrated and diversified development of mining areas in Sichuan Coal Industry Group had been realized,which provided replicable experience for the transformation of resource-depleted mining areas.
