摘  要:为分析掘锚一体机快速掘进条件下深部巷道片帮主要影响因素及其人工调控方法,以巴彦高勒煤矿53101工作面运输巷地质条件与生产技术为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件开展了掘锚一体机快速掘进下深部巷道片帮破坏多因素正交实验,获得了地质与生产技术主要影响因素的敏感度。掘锚一体机快速掘进条件下,深部巷道片帮的主控影响因素为初始应力环境、掘进面尺寸、空顶距和煤层抗拉强度;针对深部巷道片帮主控影响因素,使用煤柱爆破卸压技术进行了工业性实验,有效控制了巴彦高勒煤矿53101工作面运输巷巷帮片帮问题。To investigate the main influencing factors and control methods for rib spalling in deep roadways under rapid excavation conditions using an integrated mining and anchoring machine,based on the geological conditions and production technology of the 53101 working face transportation roadway in the Bayan Gaole Coal Mine,FLAC 3D numerical simulation software was utilized to conduct a multi-factor orthogonal experiment on rib spalling failure in deep roadways during rapid excavation.The sensitivity of key geological and production factors was determined.The primary controlling factors for rib spalling under these conditions were identified as the initial stress environment,excavation face dimensions,unsupported roof distance,and tensile strength of the coal seam.Industrial experiments employing coal pillar blasting and pressure relief technology were conducted to address these controlling factors,effectively mitigating rib spalling in the 53101 working face transportation roadway.
