摘 要:露天煤矿通过引入无人驾驶运输系统,可实现卡车运输环节的少人化、无人化,在提高露天煤矿生产效率的同时还可以带来较大的经济效益。但是,露天煤矿无人驾驶运输作业对无人卡车运行路线、路面和路基、安全设施与附属工程等道路条件要求较高。为了保障无人驾驶运输系统在露天煤矿的顺利运行,根据现场调研和参考现有标准,对露天煤矿无人驾驶运输系统道路开展了研究。在分析传统露天煤矿道路的特点基础上,结合无人驾驶对道路的特殊要求,从道路几何线形、车道设置、标志标识、路面、安全挡墙和停车区域管理、路侧感知系统7个方面提出了适应露天煤矿无人驾驶的道路设计。同时,根据无人驾驶的车-路-云一体化理念,提出了路侧感知通讯系统要求及建设内容,研究了无人驾驶卡车测试场的道路设施标准化设计,为促进露天煤矿无人驾驶运输智能化建设提供参考。By introducing unmanned transportation systems,open-pit coal mines can achieve less-manned and unmanned truck transportation which can not only improve production efficiency of open-pit coal mines but also brings significant economic benefits.However,unmanned transportation operations in open-pit coal mines have extremely high requirements on road conditions such as unmanned mining truck operation routes,road surfaces and roadbeds,safety facilities and ancillary projects.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the unmanned transportation system in open-pit mines,a study was conducted on the roads of unmanned transportation systems in open-pit coal mines based upon on-site research and reference of existing standards.Based on the analysis on the characteristics of traditional open-pit coal mines roads,combined with the special requirements of unmanned driving for roads,a road design which is suitable for unmanned driving in open-pit coal mines is proposed from six aspects:road geometry,lane and pavement width,road arch design,roadbed structure,safety barriers,and parking area management.At the same time,according to the concept of unmanned Car Road Cloud Integration,the requirements and construction content of roadside perception communication system were proposed,and the standardized design of road facilities for unmanned truck testing sites was studied,which providing references for promoting the intelligent construction of unmanned transportation in open-pit coal mines.
