摘　　要：针对高瓦斯和突出矿井在瓦斯抽采作业过程中出现的抽采工作面分散、人工巡检数据不能溯源、抽采计量数据或统计计算数据不能在线实时分析等难题,基于智慧矿山理念研究与设计了一套瓦斯抽采智能管控平台,介绍了该管控平台总体设计,详细阐述了该管控平台关键技术。通过在保德煤矿进行实际应用表明,该管控平台能够实现电池供电、无线采集、无线定位、无线传输、融合分析、智能管控等功能,瓦斯抽采在线计量精准、数据溯源准确、效果评判实时、过程管控智能、安装维护方便,能够显著提高煤矿瓦斯抽采水平,降低瓦斯事故风险,有效保障工作面的安全高效生产。To address challenges in gas extraction operations at high-gas and outburst coal mines,such as decentralized extraction faces,untraceable manual inspection data,and the inability to perform real-time online analysis of extraction measurement or statistical data,this study developed an intelligent gas extraction control platform based on smart mine concepts.The platform’s overall design and core technologies were elaborated.Field implementation at the Baode Coal Mine demonstrated that the platform can realize battery-powered operation,wireless data acquisition,wireless positioning,wireless transmission,data fusion analysis,and intelligent control and so on.The platform achieves precise online gas extraction metering,accurate data traceability,real-time effectiveness evaluation,intelligent process control,and simplified installation and maintenance.These capabilities significantly enhance gas extraction efficiency,reduce gas-related accident risks,and ensure safe and high-efficiency production in mining faces.
