摘  要:煤直接液化对于缓解我国石油对外依赖、实现煤炭高效清洁利用具有十分重要的意义,而筛选合适的反应煤种以确定煤直接液化工艺和反应条件,则是影响煤直接液化企业经济效益的关键因素。使用岔哈泉煤为直接液化用煤,对岔哈泉煤的显微组分富集分离及其液化性能进行研究,对于了解岔哈泉煤性质以及煤直接液化性能具有重要作用,可为改善岔哈泉煤的加氢液化提供科学的基础数据。采用浮沉分离和离心富集的方法,对岔哈泉钻孔煤样进行分离,得到5个不同显微组分的煤样,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱和扫描电镜对原煤和5个显微组分煤样的结构和组成进行表征;利用高压釜实验平台对5种显微组分煤样进行煤直接液化实验,考察不同显微组分含量对液化性能的影响。研究结果表明,对岔哈泉煤富集分离后,其富集镜质组中的镜质组含量达到94.2%;富集惰质组中的惰质组含量达到76.5%,富集壳质组中的壳质组含量达到47.8%,工业镜质组、富集镜质组和富集壳质组煤中的脂肪族结构含量较高,矿物质含量少。富集壳质组液化性能明显好于富集镜质组,油产率达到60.12%,工业镜质组和富集镜质组显微组分中镜质组和壳质组的总含量基本一致,煤液化性能相近,而富集惰质组液化性能明显偏低,转化率和油产率分别仅为55.47%和13.48%。Direct coal liquefaction holds great significance for reducing China’s reliance on foreign oil and achieving efficient and clean utilization of coal.The selection of suitable coal types for determining direct coal liquefaction processes and reaction conditions serves as a key factor influencing the economic efficiency of direct coal liquefaction plants.Based on Chahaquan coal as the feedstock for direct liquefaction,the study of its microscopic component enrichment,separation,and liquefaction performance is crucial for understanding the properties of Chahaquan coal and its direct liquefaction performance.This study provides foundational scientific data to improve the hydrogenation liquefaction of Chahaquan coal.Using float-sink separation and centrifugal enrichment methods,five coal samples with distinct maceral compositions were obtained from Chahaquan borehole coal samples.X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the structure and composition of the raw coal and the five microscopic coal samples.High-pressure autoclave experiments were conducted to assess the liquefaction performance of the five microscopic components,investigating the effect of different component contents on liquefaction efficiency.The results show that after enrichment and separation,the vitrinite content in the enriched vitrinite group reached 94.2%,the inertinite content in the enriched inertinite group reached 76.5%,and the fusinite content in the enriched fusinite group reached 47.8%.The industrial vitrinite,enriched vitrinite,and enriched fusinite coal samples had higher aliphatic structure content and lower mineral content.The liquefaction performance of enriched fusinite group is obviously better than that of enriched vitrinite group,and the oil yield reached 60.12%.The total content of vitrinite and fusinite in the industrial and enriched vitrinite groups was similar,leading to comparable liquefaction performance,while the liquefaction performance of the enriched inertinite
