摘 要:临床前动物实验作为基础医学成果向临床转化的重要桥梁,长期面临结果可重复性差和转化率低的挑战。循证医学通过基于证据的持续积累,并通过科学验证与应用,为解决临床前动物实验面临的挑战提供了新思路、新工具、新方法、新途径和新证据。基于目前临床前动物实验在转化应用过程中存在的局限性和不足、发展机遇与挑战,结合循证医学未来的发展趋势,本研究详细介绍如何借鉴循证医学方法理论,提升临床前动物实验成果的科学性与可靠性,探讨其在临床前动物实验成果转化中面临的发展机遇与挑战。Preclinical animal experiments,as a bridge for translating basic medical research into clinical applications,had long faced challenges such as poor reproducibility and low translation rates.Evidence-based medicine,through the continuous accumulation of evidence and its scientific validation and application has provided new perspectives,tools,methods,approaches,and evidence to address these challenges in preclinical animal experiments.Based on the limitations and challenges that existed in the translational application of preclinical animal experiments,as well as the opportunities for development,this study systematically analyzed how the theoretical framework of evidence-based medicine had been applied to enhance the scientific rigor and reliability of preclinical animal experiment outcomes.Furthermore,it explored the opportunities and challenges that had arisen in the translation of preclinical animal experiment findings,considering the trends in the development of evidence-based medicine.
