摘　　要：尿液检查是临床中重要的检验项目之一,新生儿尿液标本采集是护理工作中的重要环节之一。及时有效地采集尿液标本对医生了解患儿病情、进行准确诊断和治疗至关重要。本研究介绍了一种新型婴儿集尿裤的设计和使用方法,其通过设置裤体、集尿袋、尿液导流块以及紧靠导流块的集尿口等结构,有效解决尿液侧漏,增加患儿的舒适性,提高采集效率。Urine examination is a crucial component of clinical examination,and thecollec⁃tion of newborn urine samples is an important clinical nursing work.Timely and effective collec⁃tion of urine samples plays a significant role in helping doctors understand condition of children and make timely diagnosis and treatment.This study introduces the design and use of a new type of baby diaper.This new type of diaper effectively addresses the issue of urine leakage along the perineum when baby girls urinate by setting the pants body,urine collection bag,urine diversion block,and openings,therefore increasing comfort of the baby.Additionally,the urine diversion block intercepts the urine and directes it to the urine collection bag,which could greatly improve the efficiency of collecting baby girl's urine samples and improve the work efficiency of nursing staff.
