摘  要:炎症性肠病是一类慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病。营养不良为炎症性肠病患者常见的并发症,有效的营养策略可以改善炎症性肠病患者的营养不良状态,提高患者的生活质量。本文对炎症性肠病患者营养策略的现状、理论基础、评价指标、影响因素及管理形式进行综述,旨在为临床构建规范化、个体化的营养管理方案及实施针对性健康教育奠定坚实的理论基础与实践依据。Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),is an umbrella term for a group of conditions that cause swelling and inflammation of the tissues in the digestive tract.The most common types of IBD include ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.Malnutrition is a common complication of IBD.Ef⁃fective nutrition strategies can improve the malnutrition status and improve the quality of life of patients with IBD.This article reviews the current status,theoretical basis,evaluation indicators,influencing factors,and management of nutritional strategies for patients with IBD,aiming to lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the construction of standardized and individualized nutritional management plans and the implementation of targeted health education in clinical practice.
