摘　　要：贵州矿产资源丰富,多种矿产资源储量名列前茅,在国家新一轮找矿突破战略行动下,如何将这些资源科学管理,助力贵州省“富矿精开”显得尤为重要。本文在梳理贵州矿产资源储量管理现状的基础上,分析总结了当前储量管理中存在的主要问题,如地质勘查发展缓慢,储量增长后劲不足;储量“入口”把关不严,业务工作衔接不够;责任主体意识不强,监管效能难以发挥;预警机制不够成熟,预警指标较为单一。为了有效解决这些问题,本文提出了加大勘查力度,增强保供保障;优化评审管理,提升管理实效;提升监管水平,强化动态管理;建立预警机制,提供预警信息等建议,希望能为贵州矿产资源储量管理提供参考,助推贵州矿业经济高质量发展。Guizhou is rich in mineral resources,with the reserves of many types of minerals ranking among the top in China.Under the new round of national strategic action of prospecting breakthroughs,how to manage these resources scientificly and help Guizhou province"rich ore intensive development"is particularly important.On the basis of combing the current situation of mineral resource reserve management in Guizhou,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems existing in the current reserve management.These problems include slow development of geological exploration,resulting in insufficient momentum for reserve growth;loose control at the"entry"of reserves and inadequate connection in business operations;weak awareness of the responsible entities,making it difficult to give full play to regulatory effectiveness;an immature early-warning mechanism with relatively single early-warning indicators.To effectively address these issues,this paper puts forward policy recommendations regarding the improvement of the management of mineral resource reserves.These recommendations include intensifying exploration efforts,enhancing supply guarantee,optimizing evaluation management,improving management effectiveness,raising the level of supervision,strengthening dynamic management,establishing an early-warning mechanism,and providing early-warning information.It is hoped that these can provide some relevant references for the management of mineral resource reserves in Guizhou and contribute to the high-quality development of Guizhou's mining economy.
