医用臭氧气体在老年糖尿病足溃疡患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用臭氧气体注射在老年糖尿病足溃疡中的应用研究。方法:按照随机数字表法将我院2020年3月—2024年2月收治的60例老年糖尿病足溃疡患者分为对照组(实施常规外科换药治疗)与研究组(实施医用臭氧气体注射治疗),各30例。观察两组临床疗效、创面愈合程度及白细胞计数。结果:研究组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的溃疡面积、溃疡深度均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,溃疡愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的白细胞计数均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病足溃疡患者使用医用臭氧气体注射可加快创面愈合速度,促进创面愈合。Objective:To investigate the application of medical ozone gas injection in elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:According to random number table method,60 elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2024 were divided into control group(routine surgical dressing replacement treatment)and research group(medical ozone gas injection treatment),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,wound healing degree,and white blood cell count of two groups were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area and depth of both groups of patients were smaller than before treatment,and the research group was smaller than the control group,with a higher ulcer healing rate than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell counts of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of medical ozone gas injection in elderly patients with diabetic foot ulcer can accelerate wound healing rate and promote wound healing.
