摘　　要：目的:分析不同护理方法对儿童鼻腔负压置换疗法配合程度的影响。方法:选择广东省第二人民医院2024年4月—2024年6月门诊就诊的200例慢性鼻窦炎患儿,随机分为对照组(常规护理)、游戏组(常规护理+小丑游戏活动)以及奖励组(常规护理+叠加糖果、贴纸奖励),各66例、67例和67例。对比两组治疗依从性和治疗成功率、治疗用时、患儿及家长护理满意度。结果:游戏组的治疗依从性为97.02%,治疗成功率97.01%,患儿及家长护理满意度分别为94.03%、98.55%,均明显高于对照组的74.24%、36.36%、60.61%、85.45%,奖励组的88.06%、85.07%、77.62%和89.55%(P<0.05);游戏组的治疗用时(5.77±0.60)d,明显短于对照组的(8.45±1.41)d和奖励组的(7.01±1.23)d(P<0.05)。结论:相比单一的常规护理、常规护理联合奖励干预,常规护理结合小丑游戏活动更利于提高慢性鼻窦炎患儿的鼻腔负压置换治疗的依从性和成功率,具有良好的护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the influence of different nursing methods on the cooperation degree of children’snasal negative pressure replacement therapy.Methods:A total of 200 children with chronic sinusitis were selected from the outpatient department of the Guangdong Second People’sHospital from April 2024 to June 2024.They were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing),game group(routine nursing+clown game activity),and reward group(routine nursing+candy and sticker reward),with 66 cases,67 cases,and 67 cases,respectively.The treatment compliance,treatment success rate,treatment duration,and nursing satisfaction of children and parents were compared between the two groups.Results:In the game group,the treatment compliance was 97.02%,the treatment success rate was 97.01%,and the nursing satisfaction of children and parents was 94.03%and 98.55%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(74.24%,36.36%,60.61%,and 85.45%,respectively)and of the reward group(88.06%,85.07%,77.62%,and 89.55%,respectively)(P<0.05).The treatment duration in the game group was(5.77±0.60)d,which was significantly shorter than that in the control group[(8.45±1.41)d]and the reward group[(7.01±1.23)d](P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single routine nursing and routine nursing combined with reward intervention,routine nursing combined with clown game activity is more beneficial to improve the compliance and success rate of nasal negative pressure replacement therapy in children with chronic sinusitis,and has good nursing satisfaction.
