全生命周期视角下创新创业载体人才孵化模式研究——单案例研究

摘　　要：人才是创新创业的主体,创新创业载体具有人才孵化的先天制度和文化优势。本文基于全生命周期理论,以天津市扑克众创空间为研究对象,综合运用扎根研究手段,采用案例分析方法,探讨创新创业载体在孵化服务过程中不同阶段的人才孵化模式。研究发现,创新创业载体在起步发展阶段,以孵化创客和创业团队人才及培育职业投资人为目标,通过全方位金融支持模式、平台支撑模式、职场素养提升模式提供投融资支持服务,驱动人才孵化的成长式演化过程;在初步发展阶段,以集聚高端人才为目标,通过线下智能化办公模式、高端人才跨时空集聚模式、第三方服务模式提供公共服务支持,驱动人才孵化的进阶式演化过程;在突破发展阶段,以孵化公司高管为目标,通过新型电商模式、线上销售服务模式、系统管理模式提供市场服务支持,驱动人才孵化的跃迁式演化过程。Talent is the main body of entrepreneurship and innovation,and the carrier of entrepreneurship and innovation has the innate system and cultural advantages of talent incubation.It is based on the whole life cycle theory,taking the Tianjin poker crowd-creation space as the research object,comprehensively using grounded research methods,and adopting case analysis methods to explore the talent incubation mode of dual-creation carriers at different stages of the incubation service process.The results showed that:In the initial stage of an enterprise,the carrier of entrepreneurship and innovation aimed to incubate talents of makers and entrepreneurial teams and cultivate professional investors.It mainly provided investment and financing support services,and drove the evolution process of talent incubation through a basket of financial support mode,platform support mode and workplace quality improvement mode;In the initial development stage,the innovation and entrepreneurship carrier aimed to gather high-end talents,and provided public services through offline intelligent office mode,high-end talents cross space-time gathering mode,and third-party service mode to drive the advanced evolution process of talent incubation;In the breakthrough development stage,the innovation and entrepreneurship carrier took the incubation company executives as the goal,provided market service support and drove the transitional evolutionary process of the incubation of talents through new e-commerce mode,online sales service mode and life cycle management mode.
