摘 要:本文基于数值模拟,对深水钻井隔水管极端环境下的悬挂响应特征进行了验证分析,探究了各因素对深水钻井隔水管强度的影响。研究结果表明:悬挂长度对深水钻井隔水管的应力影响较小;悬挂模式对深水钻井隔水管应力状态影响较大,硬悬挂模式下深水钻井隔水管的应力水平明显高于软悬挂模式;水动力系数对深水钻井隔水管的应力有一定影响,对其疲劳的影响程度很小。本文的研究工作对深水钻井隔水管的安全应用具有重要意义。Based on numerical simulation,the hang-off response characteristics of deepwater drilling riser in extreme environment are analyzed,and the influence of various factors on the strength of deepwater drilling riser are researched.The results show that the hang-off length has little influence on the stress of the deepwater drilling riser;The hang-off mode has great influence on the stress state of deepwater drilling riser,and the stress level of deepwater drilling riser in hard hang-off mode is obviously higher than that in soft hang-off mode;The hydrodynamic coefficients has some influence on the stress of deepwater drilling riser and little effect on the fatigue of deepwater drilling riser.The research work is of great significance to the safe application of deepwater drilling riser.
