摘 要:某硫钴精矿中钴主要以类质同象赋存于黄铁矿、磁铁矿中,为了使该硫钴精矿中的钴得到回收,开展了硫钴精矿焙烧-浸出提钴试验研究。结果表明,硫钴精矿在矿石细度为-0.074mm粒级占80%、焙烧助剂亚硫酸钠用量为硫钴精矿质量的5.0%、焙烧温度620℃、焙烧时间3h、硫酸用量为硫钴精矿质量的20%、浸出温度90℃、液固比2∶1、浸出时间2h条件下,钴浸出率为85.85%。硫钴精矿氧化焙烧后转变为赤铁矿,焙烧矿中钴主要以氧化钴和硫酸钴形式存在。For recovering the cobalt in a sulfur-cobalt concentrate mainly occurring as isomorphism in pyrite and magnetite,an experimental study was carried out by adopting roasting and leaching process.The results show that the sulfur-cobalt concentrate,at the fineness of-0.074 mm 80%,was firstly roasted at 620℃for 3 h by adding sodium sulfite as an aid at an amount of 5%of the mass weight of sulfur-cobalt concentrate,and then leached for 2 h at 90℃with sulfuric acid at an amount of 20%of the mass weight of sulfur-cobalt concentrate,liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,leading to a cobalt leaching rate of 85.85%.It is found that sulfur-cobalt concentrate is transformed into hematite after oxidizing roasting,and cobalt in the roasted ore mainly exists in the form of cobalt oxide and cobalt sulfate.
