云南省县域人口规模特征视域下的新型城镇化发展对策研究

摘　　要：人口是经济社会发展的基础性、关键性要素,是高质量实施新型城镇化战略的重要动力,县域人口规模、结构和流动等要素是深刻理解和把握新型城镇化战略推进成效的重要维度之一。在分析云南省县域人口发展特点及趋势的基础上,识别出云南省县域城镇人口增长比重与乡村人口减少比重的发展变化规律、县域人口减少分布差异显著等空间格局特点,结合我国西南边疆实际提出推进云南省新型城镇化发展的对策措施。Population is the foundation of economic and social development,key element of economic and social development and an important driving force for the high-quality implementation of the new urbanization strategy.Elements such as county population size,structure and mobility are one of the important dimensions for deeply understanding and grasping the effectiveness of the promotion of the new urbanization strategy.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and trends of county population development in Yunnan Province,we identify the development and change rules of the proportion of urban population growth and the proportion of rural population reduction in Yunnan Province,and the characteristics of the spatial pattern of the significant difference in the distribution of population reduction in counties,and put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of new-type urbanization in Yunnan Province in combination with the actual situation of the southwestern border of China.
