摘 要:随着我国经济由高速增长阶段转变为高质量发展阶段,并结合“双碳”目标的提出,我国经济发展建设将从绿色、低碳、可持续着手。西藏地区作为我国生态高地,对促进我国经济转型发展起到示范区的作用。本文基于2012—2022年度西藏地区的时间序列数据,构建了衡量西藏地区绿色财政、环境质量与经济增长的综合评价体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型研究这三者之间的协调关系及影响因素。发现:近十一年西藏地区绿色财政、环境质量和经济增长两两之间的耦合度在近几年一直在0.9附近,同时耦合协调度也在逐步提升。基于此结果,提出了有针对性的对策和建议。With China's economy transforming from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and combining with the“dual-carbon”goal,the construction of China's economic development will start from green,low-carbon,and sustainable development.As China's economy has changed from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development,and in combination with the“dual-carbon”goal,the construction of China's economic development will start from green,low-carbon and sustainable.As an ecological highland in China,Tibet plays the role of a demonstration area to promote China's economic transformation and development.Based on the time-series data of Tibet region in the year 2012-2022,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system to measure the green finance,environmental quality and economic growth of Tibet region,and utilizes entropy value method and coupled coordination degree model to study the coordinated relationship between these three and the influencing factors.It is found that the coupling degree between green finance,environmental quality and economic growth in Tibet in recent eleven years has been around 0.9 in recent years,while the coupling degree of coordination has been gradually improved.Based on this result,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
