黑白叠加:中国卓越企业家灰度管理思想研究——以华为任正非为例

摘　　要：卓越企业家是引领企业茁壮成长、促进国民经济不断发展的重要力量。面对不确定性增加的内外环境,企业家越来越需要摒弃“非黑即白”的管理思维,转而采用“黑白叠加”一体化的灰度管理思想。然而,现有研究对卓越企业家的灰度管理思想关注不足。以中国的世界级领先企业华为创始人任正非为例,对案例数据资料进行编码分析,厘清了卓越企业家灰度管理思想的概念与结构,构建了中国卓越企业家灰度管理思想的PSOT模型,包含四个维度,即灰度哲学、灰度战略、灰度组织、灰度人才。对此,管理者要采用黑白叠加的一体化思维,以便有效应对外部环境的不确定性。Outstanding entrepreneurs are an important force to lead enterprises to thrive and promote the continuous development of national economy.In the face of increasing uncertainty in the internal and external environments,entrepreneurs are increasingly required to abandon the“black and white”management thinking and adopt the“black and white superimposed”integration of gray-scale management thinking.However,existing research has not paid enough attention to the grayscale management thinking of outstanding entrepreneurs.Taking Ren Zhengfei,the founder of China's world-class leading enterprise Huawei,as an example,we coded and analyzed the case data to clarify the concept and structure of the grayscale management thinking of outstanding entrepreneurs,and constructed a PSOT model of the grayscale management thinking of China's outstanding entrepreneurs,which consists of four dimensions,i.e,grayscale philosophy,grayscale strategy,grayscale organization,and grayscale talent.In this regard,managers should adopt the integrated thinking of black and white superposition in order to effectively deal with the uncertainty of the external environment.
