摘　　要：理解和分析中国大学组织权力的生成机制是大学权力研究中难以回避的议题。在诸多理论视角中,“行政吸纳社会”是一个比较好的切入点。在这一理论视域下,通过梳理中国大学组织“行政吸纳”的制度逻辑,探讨并提出了中国大学组织权力生成中的“行政吸纳模式”。在此基础上,基于对“行政吸纳”的中国大学组织权力形态的分析,进一步剖析了中国大学组织权力实践中的“行政吸纳机制”所产生的内生性问题。最后,尝试从赋权增能、资源适配、分类治理、组织发展和管理专业化等方面提出优化中国大学组织权力结构的路径和措施。Understanding and analyzing the generation mechanism of organizational power in Chinese universities is an unavoidable topic in the study of university power.Among various theoretical perspectives,"administrative absorption of society"has become a good entry point.In this theoretical perspective,by sorting out the institutional logic of"administrative absorption"in Chinese university organizations,this paper explores and proposes the"administrative absorption model"of the generation of organizational power in Chinese universities.On this basis,based on the analysis of the organizational power form of"administrative absorption"in Chinese universities,the endogeneity problems arising from the"administrative absorption mechanism"in the practice of organizational power in Chinese universities are further analyzed.Finally,attempts are made to propose paths and measures to optimize the organizational power structure of Chinese universities from the perspectives of government empowerment,resource adaptation,classified governance,organizational development,and management specialization.
