摘　　要：中国社会进入百年未有之大变局,利益格局错综复杂,矛盾纠纷呈多样化和复杂化,以问题为导向,以“枫桥经验”为蓝本,研究探索寻求矛盾纠纷多元化调解机制。在提出矛盾纠纷多元化调解应注意的问题后,从调解人才队伍建设、组建多元化矛盾纠纷调解机构、调解机制智能化水平建设等方面提出构建矛盾纠纷多元化调解体系的可操作性建议。同时,建议修改《中华人民共和国人民调解法》,畅通调解结果司法确认程序,构建新时代社会治理调解体系。Chinese society is undergoing profound changes.The pattern of interests is complex,and the conflicts and disputes are diverse and complicated.Being problem-targeted and based on the"Fengqiao Experience",this paper tries to create a diversified mediation mechanism for solving conflicts and disputes.And besides what requires special attention concerning the diversified mediation of conflicts and disputes,it puts forward feasible suggestions on the construction of diversified mediation system from the aspects of the building of talented mediation team,establishment of diversified mediation institutions,and upgrading of the intelligent level of mediation mechanism.In addition,it is proposed to amend the People's Mediation Law of the People's Republic of China and smooth the judicial confirmation procedure of mediation results,so as to build a new social governance mediation system in the new era.
