摘  要:机械滚动轴承一旦发生故障,将造成相连的关键部件失效,甚至造成质量与安全事故,因此对滚动轴承进行故障检测十分重要。将小波算法与Hilbert算法结合,提出一种机械滚动轴承故障检测方法。结果表明:所提方法获得的仿真故障频率与理论计算故障频率偏差均小于3%,故障检测方法有效,可为其他滚动轴承的故障检测提供一定参考。Once mechanical rolling bearings fail,it will cause the failure of the connected key components,and even quality and safety accidents,so it is very important to detect faults of rolling bearings.Combining the wavelet algorithm with Hilbert algorithm,a fault detection method for mechanical rolling bearings is proposed.The results show that,the deviation between the simulated fault frequency obtained by the proposed method and the theoretically calculated fault frequency is less than 3%,and the fault detection method is effective,which can provide a certain reference for the fault detection of other rolling bearings.
