摘  要:针对大型二冲程低速柴油机,研究废气再循环系统EGR阀与CBV阀不同开关策略下柴油机经济性、排放性、动力性的关键参数动态变化过程。采用基于层次法的综合模糊评价方法,完成不同开关控制策略的优劣性评价,分析不同控制策略对压气机运行性能的影响。最后,提出全工况下发动机废气再循环系统EGR阀与CBV阀开关控制策略,对工程实践具有一定指导意义。For large two-stroke-cycle low-speed diesel engines,the dynamic change process of key parameters of the economy,emissions and power performance of diesel engines under different switching strategies of EGR valve and CBV valve of exhaust gas recirculation system is studied.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process is used to complete the evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of different switching control strategies and to analyze the influence of different control strategies on the operating performance of the compressor.Finally,a switching control strategy of EGR valve and CBV valve of engine exhaust gas recirculation system based on full working conditions is proposed,which is of guiding significance for engineering practice.
