摘  要:矿用碟簧具有规格大、重载、可靠性要求高等使用要求,目前标准无法满足设计需求,采用有限元法计算碟簧载荷特征及整体应力分布等,计算结果与解析解、试验曲线吻合度良好。此方法计算精度高、应用广泛,实用简便,不仅可以指导碟簧载荷性能设计,还可对其整体可靠性进行校核分析。Disc springs for mining have use requirements such as large specifications,heavy duty and high reliability,the existing standard cannot meet the design requirements,the finite element method is used to calculate the load characteristics and overall stress distribution of the disc spring,and the results of calculations are in good agreement with the analytical solutions and test curves.This method is highly accurate,widely used,practical and simple,which cannot only guide the design of load performance of disc springs but also check and analyze its overall reliability.
