塔式起重机起重臂挡风板浅析

摘　　要：平臂塔式起重机在吊装行业中应用广泛,当平臂塔机处于非工作状态工况,此时塔机不做任何吊装作业,塔机的回转制动会释放开,当风载达到某特定值,塔机上部可在风载作用下发生转动,最终在风载作用下起重臂转到顺风向,此时塔机上部的转矩几乎为0,塔机处于安全状态。当塔机受风载的作用比较小,不足以使得上部结构随风回转时,可在起重臂头部增加挡风板,增大迎风面积,进而实现塔机上部回转。以JLP3600型平臂塔式起重机计算分析为例,在非工作状态时,研究得出在塔机起重臂上增加挡风板,可以增强风载的作用,使塔机上部回转至与风向趋于平行的方向,从而减小风载对塔机的作用。Horizontal-jib tower cranes are widely used in the lifting industry.When the horizontal-jib tower crane is in a nonoperation state and does not perform any lifting operations,the slewing brake of the tower crane will be released,the upper part of the tower crane can rotate under the action of the wind load when the wind load reaches a certain value,the jib will ultimately turn to the wind direction under the action of the wind load,the torque of the upper part of the tower crane at this time is almost 0,and the tower crane is in a safe state.When the wind load on the tower crane is small and not enough to rotate the upper structure with the wind,a windshield can be added to the head of the jib to increase windward area in order to rotate the upper part of the tower crane.Taking the calculation and analysis of JLP3600 horizontal-jib tower crane as an example,in a non-operation state,it has been studied that adding a windshield to the tower crane jib can enhance the effect of wind load to rotate the upper part of the tower crane to a direction parallel to the wind direction,thereby reducing the effect of wind load on the tower crane.
