深水FPSO应急集合站结构抗爆炸设计分析

摘　　要：为了确保作业人员在火灾、爆炸事故时的避难、逃生安全,深水浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)在船尾布置应急集合站。应用DNV PHAST软件分析了火炬燃烧热辐射,火炬塔和应急集合站的布置满足热辐射强度的衡准要求。基于FLUENT软件和DNV PHAST软件,建立了上部模块油气处理系统泄漏天然气爆燃事故后果预测与分析模型,对油气爆燃进行模拟和风险定量分析。为确定应急集合站处的油气燃爆控制方案,开展了敏感性分析,研究在工艺处理上部模块后方加装防爆墙对FPSO船尾设施抗爆炸设计的影响。基于石油公司企业标准的要求,确定了应急集合站处结构设计爆炸压强,对应急集合站结构进行了抗爆炸工况线性和非线性分析,计算了结构强度和塑性应变,分析结果满足BV、DNV船级社规范和企业标准要求。To ensure refuge and escape safety of operators in case of fire and explosion accidents,an emergency muster station is arranged at the stern of the deepwater floating production storage and offloading(FPSO)unit.The software DNV PHAST is used to analyze the thermal radiation of flare combustion,and the arrangement of the flare tower and the emergency muster station meets the standard requirements of thermal radiation intensity.Based on software FLUENT and software DNV PHAST,a prediction and analysis model for the consequences of deflagration accidents of natural gas leaking from the oil and gas treatment system of the upper module is established for simulation and quantitative risk analysis of oil and gas deflagration.To determine the oil and gas deflagration control plan at the emergency muster station,a sensitivity analysis is carried out to study the impact of installing explosion-proof walls behind the upper module of process treatment on the explosion resistant design of the FPSO stern facilities.Based on the requirements in the enterprise standard of the petroleum company,the design explosion pressure of the emergency muster station structure is determined,and linear and nonlinear analysis is carried out on the emergency muster station under explosion resistant conditions,the structural strength and plastic strain are calculated,and the analysis results meet the BV and DNV classification society specifications and enterprise standard requirements.
