摘  要:针对目前长距离多断层破碎带工况施工时,传统McNally支护与钢拱架支护等单一支护系统存在作业难度大、施工风险高、支护工效低的问题。基于敞开式TBM钢拱架安装系统结构形式,同时结合国内外成功的施工经验及先进的有效支护技术,优化革新支护系统和支护方式,保证敞开式TBM安全高效通过断层破碎带。将优化设计完成的多支护系统应用于北疆重大引水工程施工,实践表明:该支护系统同时具备拼装拱架及钢管片的功能,系统整体运行状况良好,两种模式切换方便,支护效率高,能有效解决支护难度大、支护不及时等问题。对于解决敞开式TBM施工类似工程提供一定参考。For the construction under the current conditions of long-distance and multifault fracture zones,the single support systems such as the traditional McNally support and steel arch support have the problems of high operational difficulty,high construction risk and low support efficiency.Based on the structural form of the steel arch mounting system of the open-type TBM and combined with the successful construction experience and advanced effective support technology at home and abroad,the support system and support method are optimized and innovated to ensure that the open-type TBM passes through the fault fracture zone safely and efficiently.The multi-support system after optimization design is applied to the construction of a major water diversion project in Northern Xinjiang.The practice shows that,the support system has the function of assembling both arches and steel segments,the overall operation of the system is in good condition,it is easy to switch between the two modes,the support efficiency is high,and it can effectively solve the problems of difficult support and untimely support.It provides certain reference for open-type TBM to construct similar projects.
