摘  要:斜盘式柱塞泵因其高效能和大流量特性,在工程机械等领域得到广泛应用。斜盘作为柱塞泵的关键部件,其几何精度和表面质量直接影响泵的整体性能和使用寿命。斜盘车削加工是一个技术含量高、精度要求严苛的工艺流程,其成功实施涵盖了粗加工和精加工等多个阶段。对斜盘加工工艺进行研究,对工装夹具进行创新改进,通过加强对工件定位和夹紧的控制,优化切削参数,采用特殊的一体化工装设计等措施,有效地解决了早期由于振动、夹具垫脏以及单个斜盘在加工过程中的离心力导致的尺寸不稳定问题,实现了稳定的精度控制,斜盘批量生产质量得以大幅提升,满足市场上日益增长的高品质需求。Swashplate piston pumps are widely used in construction machinery and other fields because of their characteristics of high efficacy and large flow.The swashplate is a key component of the piston pump,and its geometric precision and surface quality directly affect the overall performance and service life of the pump.Swashplate turning is a process with high technology and strict precision requirements,and its successful implementation covers multiple stages such as rough machining and finish machining.The swashplate machining process is studied,the tooling and fixtures are innovated and improved,and through measures such as strengthening the control of workpiece positioning and clamping,optimizing the cutting parameters and adopting special integrated tooling design,the early problem of dimension instability caused by vibration and dirty fixture pads,as well as the centrifugal force of an individual swashplate in the machining process,is effectively solved to achieve stable precision control.The mass production quality of swashplates is greatly improved,which meets the growing demand for high quality in the market.
