摘　　要：轮胎式起重机应用于各大港口码头集装箱的装卸和搬运作业中。为了提高发运船次的装载率,降低船运成本,港口机械制造商在产品发往用户码头过程中,会考虑采用不同类型的起重机混合装船方案。因轮胎式起重机结构具有高度的灵活性,可采用整机变身的形式满足装船要求。详细阐述轮胎式起重机变身结构组成、制作工艺、变身工序、关键技术等,对轮胎吊变身工艺制作、变身发运的研究具有一定的参考价值。Tyre cranes are used in loading,unloading and handling of containers in major port terminals.To improve the loading rate of shipping vessels and reduce shipping costs,port machinery manufacturers will consider a mixed loading plan of using different types of cranes in the process of delivering products to the users’terminals.The tyre crane structure has a high flexibility,so an overall transformation form can be adopted to meet the loading requirements.The composition,manufacturing process,transformation process and key technologies of the transformation structure of the tyre crane are elaborated in detail,which has certain reference value for the research on the tyre crane transformation process manufacturing and transformation shipping.
