熨平板底板整体加热技术在摊铺机上的应用

摘　　要：在沥青摊铺前,摊铺机需要对熨平板底板进行加热,提高底板温度以达到沥青摊铺材料光滑摊铺的要求。着重分析了铝板整体式加热与传统条型加热棒式加热对熨平板底板的加热情况,从加热达到设定温度的时间,底板各区域加热的升温曲线和热成像图进行对比分析,以说明摊铺机熨平板底板整体加热技术的特点,同时进行装机效果验证。结果显示:整体加热铝板在加热速度和加热均匀性方面效果更优。Before asphalt paving,the paver needs to heat the screed plate to raise the plate temperature to meet the requirement of smooth paving of asphalt paving materials.The heating situations of the screed plate by the integral heating of aluminum plate and the heating of traditional bar are emphatically analyzed.The time for heating to reach the set temperature,and the temperature rise curves and thermal images of each area of the plate are compared and analyzed to illustrate the characteristics of the integral heating technology of paver screed plate,and on-board effect is verified.The results show that the integral heating aluminum plate has a better effect in terms of heating speed and heating evenness.
