摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速,高层建筑越来越多,电梯作为重要的垂直交通工具,其噪声问题日益受到关注。对电梯噪声来源进行分析,介绍《电梯监督检验和定期检验规则》(TSG T7001—2023)对新装电梯噪声测试的内容、方法和要求,并探讨相应的降噪措施,如优化结构设计、加强日常维护保养、调整运行参数等,最后就完善相应的标准,应用新技术、新材料,减少电梯噪声对周边环境的影响提出展望。With the acceleration of urbanization,there are more and more high-rise buildings,and the noise problem of lifts,as an important vertical transport means,is getting more and more attention.The lift noise sources are analyzed,the contents,methods and requirements in the Regulation for Lift Supervisory Inspection and Periodical Inspection(TSG T7001-2023)for noise testing of newly installed lifts are introduced,and corresponding noise reduction measures are discussed,such as optimizing the structural design,strengthening the routine maintenance and adjusting the operation parameters.Finally,outlooks on refining corresponding standards and applying new technologies and new materials to reduce the impact of lift noise on the surrounding environment are put forward.
