曳引电梯钢丝绳断丝检验案例分析

摘　　要：电梯钢丝绳作为曳引电梯重要的运动部件,直接影响着电梯的安全运行。针对在定期检验中发现的一则曳引钢丝绳断丝案例,通过对电梯钢丝绳使用现状、断丝断口情况、断丝机理进行分析,判断出钢丝绳断丝的主要原因,并依据检验标准得出钢丝绳应做报废更换处理,同时从电梯的使用环境、日常管理及维护保养情况等方面对出现钢丝绳断丝的原因进行剖析,找出电梯管理中存在的问题和不足,据此提出改进建议和措施,以防止钢丝绳断丝情况再次发生。As an important moving component of traction lifts,steel wire ropes directly affect the safe operation of lifts.Based on a traction steel wire rope breakage case found in the regular inspection,through analysis of the service status,wire fracture and wire breakage mechanism of the steel wire rope of the lift,the main reason for steel wire rope breakage is identified,and it is concluded that the steel wire rope shall be scrapped and replaced according to the inspection standards.At the same time,the causes for steel wire rope breakage are analyzed in terms of the service environment,daily management and maintenance of the lift to identify the problems and shortcomings in lift management,and improvement suggestions and measures are proposed accordingly to prevent the recurrence of steel wire rope breakage.
