摘 要:使用反拖法与扭矩法分析环境温度对稳态行驶时轮胎温度、充气压力和滚动阻力的影响,研究低温环境条件下轮胎滚动阻力与充气压力的关系。结果表明:随着环境温度的降低,稳态行驶时轮胎温度和充气压力下降,滚动阻力提高,-30℃环境温度下轮胎滚动阻力提高到25℃时的1.5~2.2倍;低温环境下,轮胎滚动阻力随着充气压力的降低而提高;环境温度和充气压力越低,轮胎滚动阻力对温度和充气压力变化的敏感性越强。降低轮胎滚动阻力对温度的敏感性以及提高充气压力是降低轮胎低温滚动阻力的有效措施。The influence of the ambient temperature on the temperature,inflation pressure and rolling resistance of the tire during stable-state driving was analyzed using the reverse-draw and torque method,and the relationship between the rolling resistance and inflation pressure of the tire under low-temperature environmental conditions was studied.The results showed that as the ambient temperature decreased,the temperature and inflation pressure of the tire during steady-state driving decreased,and the rolling resistance increased.At an ambient temperature of-30℃,the rolling resistance of the tire increased to 1.5~2.2 times of that at 25℃.In low-temperature environments,the tire rolling resistance increased with the decrease of inflation pressure.The lower the ambient temperature and inflation pressure was,the greater the sensitivity of the tire rolling resistance to changes in temperature and inflation pressure was.Reducing the sensitivity of the tire rolling resistance to temperature and increasing inflation pressure were effective measures to reduce the rolling resistance of tires at low temperatures.
