摘  要:介绍12.00R2020PR矿山全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1135 mm,断面宽310 mm,行驶面宽度245 mm,行驶面弧度高8.6 mm,胎圈着合直径511 mm,胎圈着合宽度230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.01,胎面采用以横向宽沟为主的大块花纹,横向宽沟采用仿人类脚印以及向沟底阶梯过渡的设计,花纹深度25 mm,花纹饱和度70%,花纹周节数33。施工设计:胎面采用三方三块结构,1^(#)和2^(#)带束层采用3+8×0.35ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.38HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3+9+15×0.225ST无外缠丝钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足相应设计和国家标准要求。The design of 12.00R2020PR all-steel truck radial tire for mining was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1135 mm,cross-section width 310 mm,width of running surface 245 mm,arc height of running surface 8.6 mm,bead diameter at rim 511 mm,bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H_(1)/H_(2))1.01,the tread adopted a large pattern with main transverse wide grooves,and the transverse wide grooves were designed to imitate human footprints and transition to the bottom of the grooves in a stepped manner,pattern depth 25 mm,block/total ratio 70%,and number of pattern pitches 33.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and three-piece structure for tread,3+8×0.35ST steel cord for 1^(#) and 2^(#) belt,5×0.38HI steel cord for 3#belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0°belt,3+9+15×0.225ST steel cord without wrapped steel wire for carcass,using one stage building machine to build tire and dualmode shaping press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance met the requirements of corresponding design and national standards.
