摘  要:采用生物基液体歧化松香替代松香用于工程机械轮胎胎面胶中,研究其应用效果。结果表明:采用生物基液体歧化松香替代松香,混炼段数减少,混炼能耗和混炼成本降低;胶料的拉伸性能、撕裂强度和耐老化性能有所提高;相应试验轮胎的路试性能与正常轮胎相当。The application of bio-based liquid disproportionated rosin as a substitute for rosin in the tread compound of off-the-road(OTR)tires was studied.The results showed that the use of bio-based liquid disproportionated rosin instead of rosin reduced the number of mixing stages,energy consumption and mixing costs.The tensile properties,tear strength and aging resistance of the compound were improved.The road test performance of the corresponding test tires was equivalent to that of normal tires.
