摘 要:研究新型聚氨酯型粘合剂Kin-U19(简称Kin-U19)在航空轮胎芳纶帘布胶中的应用。结果表明:与空白配方和添加间-甲-白粘合体系配方相比,添加Kin-U19的胶料与芳纶帘线之间的粘合力增大,热氧老化后的H抽出力变化不大,稳定性更好,胶料的焦烧时间延长,加工安全性好,混炼及压延过程中无烟雾产生,有利于环保;硫化胶的硬度、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高,物理性能较好,压缩生热降低,导热系数增大,有利于延长航空轮胎的使用寿命;Kin-U19用量为4份时,胶料的综合性能最优,可等量替代间-甲-白粘合体系;以添加4份Kin-U19的胶料试制某型号航空轮胎,成品轮胎帘布的层间粘合强度增大。The application of a novel polyurethane adhesive Kin-U19(referred to as Kin-U19)in aramid carcass ply compound of aircraft tires was studied.The results showed that,compared with the blank formula and the formula with the addition of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin-silica adhesive system,the adhesive force between the rubber compound and the aramid cord increased with the addition of Kin-U19,the H pull-out force after thermal-oxidative aging did not change much,the stability was better,the scorch time was prolonged,the processing safety was good,and no smoke was generated during mixing and rolling,which was beneficial to environmental protection.The hardness,300%modulus,tensile strength and tear strength of the vulcanizate were improved,the physical properties were better,the heat build-up in compression was reduced,and the thermal conductivity was increased,which was beneficial for extending the service life of aircraft tires.When the dosage of Kin-U19 was 4 phr,the compound demonstrated optimal comprehensive performance and could replace the resorcinol-formaldehyde resin-silica adhesive system in equivalent amounts.Trial production of a certain model of aircraft tire with the addition of 4 phr Kin-U19 resulted in an increase in interlayer adhesive strength of the finished tire carcass ply.
