摘 要:以14.00R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎为例,采用Abaqus软件,针对一次法成型及硫化过程开展仿真研究,重现整个过程中胎体帘线的变化情况。结果表明,通过一次法工艺制造的轮胎,其胎体帘线弯曲现象没有出现在成型阶段,而是出现在硫化定型与合模阶段。该研究可为胎体反包帘线弯曲问题的解决提供参考。Taking the 14.00R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire as an example,Abaqus software was used to conduct simulation research on the one-step building and vulcanization process,reproducing the changes of the carcass cord throughout the entire process.The results showed that the bending phenomenon of the carcass cord did not occur during the building stage,but rather during the vulcanization setting and mold closing stages for tires manufactured through a one-step process.This study could provide a reference for solving the bending problem of carcass turn-up cords of tires.
