摘 要:某型飞机的工装体积大、结构复杂,工装以及飞机产品本身会遮挡厂房内的照明光线,无法满足装配、加工等要求,严重影响飞机装配的生产效率和生产质量,因此需要在工装上增加照明灯具,以提高工作区域的照明亮度。本文以某型飞机中后机身上半部超级壁板为实例,对比各类型灯具特点,依据工装特点选择了合适的照明灯具,并在实际生产中进行了验证。Due to the large size of tooling and complex structure of certain aircraft,the tooling and aircraft itself would block illumination in the workshop that can't meet requirements of assembly and machining with serious affect on the production efficiency and quality of aircraft assembly.Therefore,more tooling illumination lights are required to increase brightness in working area.Taking super panel at upper part of middle,rear fuselage on certain aircraft as an example,the paper gives the comparation between characteristics of each type of light fixture,and concludes that appropriate light fixture shall be selected according to tooling characteristics and also presents verification during practical production.
